Constantine Pavlakis

Mr. Pavlakis began his career in mortgage servicing at HSBC during the financial crisis of 2008. Over the past decade, he has held various roles in the mortgage servicing industry at HSBC, Citi, and Mr. Cooper (formerly known as Nationstar Mortgage). Most recently, he served as the Director of Portfolio Operations at Automation Finance, a distressed asset fund. He specializes in implementing unique non performing loan to re performing loan strategies, balancing risk vs. performance, scaling operations, and implementing aggressive re performing loan strategies.

Some of Constantine’s achievements include: improved fund internal rate of return by ≈ 18 percent, oversaw the servicing of a $9 billion high risk mortgage portfolio resulting in the best historic investor performance while keeping a quality defect rate under 3%, implemented multiple best practices to improve performance by 25% which caused the re-performance of $100M+ in non performing loan unpaid principal balance, realized over $1 million in receivables in a years time, implemented 20 high risk process improvements decreasing litigation by 40%, and spearheaded the implementation of dozens of GSE regulatory updates.
